The project began with the complete removal of the existing kitchen, providing a blank canvas to completely rethink and reconfigure the space.
The aim was to create a kitchen that felt elegant and contemporary while remaining warm and welcoming. The new design needed to work around the apartment’s sea-view setting, with carefully selected materials and finishes introducing subtle references to the natural surroundings without becoming overtly coastal.
The electrical layout also needed to be reconsidered as part of the renovation, with sockets, appliance feeds and fused spurs repositioned to work seamlessly with the new kitchen.
A key part of the brief was creating a tailored space that reflected the customer’s personal style, including a bespoke glass splashback personally selected by the client.
The complete renovation transformed the space into a light, elegant and highly considered kitchen designed around both the apartment and the customer’s lifestyle.
Crown Imperial Midsomer cabinetry in Stone White provides a classic foundation, while the Egger Halifax Oak worktops introduce warmth and natural texture. The brushed nickel Franke tap, composite sink and integrated Bosch appliances add contemporary functionality without compromising the overall aesthetic.
One of the most distinctive elements is the bespoke glass splashback, featuring a “white waves on white rocks” design chosen by the customer. Inspired by the apartment’s sea-view setting, it brings a subtle connection to the coastal surroundings while remaining beautifully understated.
The project also involved a complete electrical reconfiguration, new flooring and final decorating, ensuring that every element of the room worked cohesively together.
With the entire project managed from strip-out through to the final finishing touches, the result is a beautifully cohesive kitchen that combines thoughtful design, practical functionality and quality craftsmanship. The finished space is both personal to the customer and perfectly suited to its unique setting.
This stunning kitchen renovation began with a complete strip-out of the previous installation, giving us a clean slate to reimagine the space. We carefully reconfigured the electrical layout, relocating sockets, appliance feeds, and fused spurs to support the new kitchen design and ensure a seamless, future-proof finish.
At the heart of the new space is Crown Imperial’s Midsomer range in Stone White, a luxurious painted oak fascia that brings classic elegance with a contemporary twist. To enhance the sleek, modern aesthetic, we installed a durable composite sink paired with a Franke Orlando tap in brushed nickel, chosen for its minimalist lines and premium finish.
The worktops feature Egger’s Halifax Oak, offering rich warmth and texture that perfectly balances the crisp cabinetry. This surface pairs beautifully with the integrated Bosch appliances, delivering both form and function for everyday living.
One of the standout features in this project is the bespoke glass splashback. Personally selected by the client, it showcases a stunning “white waves on white rocks” design that reflects the natural beauty of the apartment’s sea-view setting, bringing a subtle coastal influence into the space.
The flooring was expertly laid by our trusted partners at Dalwood, who we work with regularly to ensure every aspect of the project is delivered to the highest standard.
To complete the transformation, the room was finished in the customer’s chosen paint colour, creating a clean, cohesive palette that brings the entire design together beautifully.
