Kitchen Culture was founded in 2013 when Tracey and her father shared a vision of creating something different for homeowners across Kent. Alongside long-time colleague Mitchell, they wanted to offer more than beautifully designed kitchens; they wanted to provide a complete, stress-free experience where every stage of the project was managed under one roof. Their belief was simple: exceptional service should be every bit as important as exceptional design.
As the business grew, so did its reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and personal service. In 2017, following her father’s retirement, Tracey’s husband Matthew joined the business, bringing invaluable project management expertise and overseeing the operational and technical side of every installation. Together, the team refined an approach that removes the complexity often associated with kitchen renovations by coordinating every trade through a single experienced team.
Today, Kitchen Culture continues to serve homeowners across Rainham, Medway, and the wider Kent area with the same values it was built upon. With more than 35 years of combined design and installation expertise, we remain proudly independent, family-run, and committed to delivering beautifully crafted kitchens alongside an experience that is calm, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable from beginning to end.
